Question 1

Do I need any circus or aerial experience to take a class?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Most of our students walk in with zero experience. Every class is designed to be beginner-friendly, and our coaches break down each skill step by step so you feel confident and supported from day one.

Question 2

What should I expect at my first visit?

Accepted Answer

You'll meet your coach, get a tour of the facility, and jump right into a class tailored to your level. We'll cover safety basics, warm you up, and have you trying real skills by the end of the session. All you have to do is show up — we handle the rest.

Question 3

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear fitted, stretchy clothing that covers your arms and legs (leggings and a fitted top work great — avoid loose or baggy clothes that can catch on equipment). Bring a water bottle and come ready to have fun. No special shoes required — most aerial work is done barefoot or in socks.

Question 4

Is circus training a good workout? Will it help me get in shape?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Circus arts build functional strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance in ways a traditional gym simply can't. Whether you're climbing silks, swinging on trapeze, or working on handstands, you're getting a full-body workout that's so engaging you'll forget you're exercising.

Question 5

How much do classes cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer a range of options from single drop-in classes to memberships and packages. Give us a call at (469) 871-7009 or get started online and we'll help you find the best option for your goals and budget.

Question 6

Do you offer classes for kids and teens?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have dedicated youth programs for kids and teens of all ages, including classes for children under 10. Our youth coaches specialize in making circus arts safe, fun, and age-appropriate. It's the perfect after-school or weekend activity.

Question 7

Where are you located and is there parking?

Accepted Answer

We're located at 2355 West Northwest Highway in Dallas, TX 75220 — right in the heart of the DFW Metroplex. Free parking is available on-site so getting here is easy.
